Made out from partly damaged japanese traditional Kimono.

For almost all of my handmade clothes, I use a pattern from a library books. I borrow books and trace the patterns →store them until I find a perfect kimono for the pattern.

Because of this Corona virus lock down, libraries are closed for a while. It’s likely that I run out of those pattern storage.

So I used this pattern in a row.

Because simple things suits for everything, right?

Simple pattern, to emphasize this pretty fabric. So it’s simple but not too simple.

Very easy to make. I think I’m going to use this pattern with different fabric.

Except for most of the summer kimonos, they have a beautiful lining.

I used the lining for a part of this clothes. (The orange part)

A shirt with a ribbon.

Made out from partly damaged japanese traditional Kimono.
I realised there were some stains on the fabric
when I almost finished sewing up all of the pieces.
Oh, what should I do…..
Tried and used a mild bleach with a scrap,
it worked.
Okay, problem solved!
I saved another kimono (self-satisfaction).

Made out from partly damaged japanese traditional Kimono. So I’ve made a different shirt from this Kimono,
but sadly, the pattern didn’t fit me.
There was a little bit of fabric left
after making the shirt
(that I will never going to wear)
I used it for a part of this clothes.
